Welcome to the Mi-Legacy Mobile Application End User License Agreement (“EULA”). This agreement is a legal contract between you and

Mi-Legacy, governing your use of our mobile application.

 

  1. Prohibited Content and Conduct

By using our application, you agree not to:

Create, upload, post, send, or store illegal, infringing, or fraudulent content.

Create, upload, post, send, or store defamatory, libelous, threatening, pornographic, obscene, offensive, discriminatory, or hate speech-related content.

Create, upload, post, send, or store content harmful to minors.

Harass, bully, impersonate others, or engage in any conduct intended to intimidate, threaten, or promote violence.

 

  1. Consequences of Violation

Violation of this EULA may result in termination of your access to our application.

 

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Our application is provided “as is” and “as available” without a warranty of any kind. Mi-Legacy is not liable for any damages arising from the use of or inability to use the application.

 

  1. Changes to EULA

We reserve the right to update this EULA. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance.

Upon registering, users encounter a payment page. Payment is processed through the Client’s Stripe account. We do not store or process credit/debit card information directly. Stripe handles transactions securely. Refer to Stripe’s privacy policy on their official website.

In case of a data breach, Mi-Legacy will notify affected users and authorities promptly.

 

  1. Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA)

Before actions affecting privacy, we conduct DPIAs to minimize potential problems.

International data transfers comply with GDPR requirements.

We employ technical and organizational measures to ensure data security.
